Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our custom-printed products, design tools, shipping, returns, and legal use of uploaded designs.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, our team is happy to help.


🧵 1. What products can I customize at PRINTUNING?
We offer a wide range of print-on-demand products:
👕 Apparel: T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, tank tops, jackets, and socks
🎁 Accessories: Mugs, tote bags, hats, scarves, phone cases, and more
🖼️ Home & Gifts: Photo frames, posters, aprons, towels, and custom gifts
📌 All items can be personalized with your own artwork, logo, or text.


🎨 2. How do I upload my custom design?
Step-by-step:
1.  Choose Your Product
2.  Use Our Customization Tool
     – Upload your file from your device or cloud
     – Add text or position graphics using drag-and-drop
3.  Preview & Confirm
     – Resize, rotate, or center your design
     – Use the preview tool to check layout
4.  Add to Cart & Checkout
💡 Tip: Use high-resolution files (see Question 3 for formats).


🗂️ 3. What file formats do you accept?
For the best results, upload designs in:
✅ PNG (with transparency), SVG, AI, EPS, PSD
✅ PDF (print-quality), JPG (300 DPI or higher)

📏 Recommended Settings:
*  300 DPI resolution
*  Size: Fits product-specific dimensions (A3 max for apparel)
*  CMYK color mode for print accuracy
❌ Low-resolution, blurry, or compressed images may result in poor print quality.


🎨 4. Don’t have a design?
No problem! We offer optional design support:

👁️ 5. How do I know if my design will print correctly?
✅ Use the mockup preview before checkout
✅ Check sizing — match your design to the product's printable area
✅ Zoom in to 100% and check for clarity or pixelation
💡 We're happy to pre-check your design on request.


⏱️ 6. How long does delivery take?
Production Time:  1–3 business days
Delivery Times:   🇭🇺 Hungary: 2–5 business days
                             🌍 International: 7–14 business days
📦 You’ll receive a tracking link once shipped.


🚚 7. What couriers do you use?
We work with trusted delivery partners:
*  Hungary: GLS, DPD, Magyar Posta
*  International: DHL, FedEx, UPS
*** You may be able to choose a preferred carrier at checkout if options are available.


🔄 8. Can I cancel or change an order?
We begin production quickly. To request a change or cancellation:
📩 Contact us immediately after ordering
📌 Changes may not be possible once printing begins
Always double-check your design and address before payment.


📦 9. Do you offer bulk or B2B printing?
Yes! We handle:
*  Business merchandise
*  Team apparel
*  Event or charity campaign orders

🎁 10. Can I order gifts or add personal notes?
We currently do not offer gift wrapping.
However, if you request a gift message, we can include a printed note in the packaging


🛠️ 11. What if my order is damaged, incorrect, or defective?
We’re here to help. Please email:
*  📷 A clear photo of the issue
*  🧾 Your order number
We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.


🔁 12. What is your return & refund policy?
Because our products are custom-printed, we generally do not accept returns unless:
*  The item is damaged or defective
*  The wrong item was sent

🌱 13. Are your materials eco-friendly?
We care about sustainability:
*  We use eco-friendly, water-based inks
*  We source responsibly from suppliers aligned with environmental standards
*  We reduce waste in our production process wherever possible


🔐 14. Is my data safe?
Yes. We use:

✅ Trusted third-party payment gateways
✅ GDPR-compliant data handling (EU Regulation 2016/679)
We do not store your credit card data.


🌍 15. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.

💡 Customs duties and taxes may apply outside the EU — the customer is responsible for any local import charges


💼 16. Can I sell the products I customize?
Yes — as long as:
✅ You created or licensed the design
PRINTUNING assumes no liability for unauthorized commercial use.


🚫 17. Can I print copyrighted or trademarked images?
You are solely responsible for ensuring your design is legal for print.
❌ Do not use characters, logos, slogans, or fonts from brands like Disney, Marvel, Nike, Google, etc.

PRINTUNING will not verify uploaded content and is not liable for misuse.
