1. What types of products can I customize at PRINTUNING KFT.?
We offer a wide range of customizable products including:

* Other Customizable Products: Photo Frames, Towels, aprons, posters, and more.
* Each product can be customized with your own designs, logos, or artwork.
2. How do I create and upload my custom design?
To create your custom product, follow these steps:
* Select Your Product: Browse our product catalog and choose the item you want to customize.
* Upload Your Design: Use our easy-to-use design tool on the product page to upload your artwork or logo. You can also add custom text.
* Adjust the Design: Resize, rotate, and position the design as you wish. You can preview how it will look on the product.
* Add to Cart: Once you're satisfied with your design, add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout.
You can upload images directly from your device or import them from cloud storage.
3. What file formats and sizes do you accept for design uploads?
We accept the following file formats for uploading: PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG, AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, PSD (Photoshop)
For the best print quality, we recommend the following:
* Resolution: 300 DPI (dots per inch) for high-quality prints.
* Size: Ensure your design is large enough to cover the print area (refer to each product’s design guidelines for sizing).
Avoid using low-resolution images, as they may result in pixelation.
4. What if I don’t have a design, but still want to customize a product?
If you don’t have a design, we offer design services! You can contact us with your ideas or inspiration, and our design team can create something unique for you. There might be an additional fee for this service, depending on the complexity of the design.
5. How do I know if my design will look good on the product?
We provide a preview tool that shows how your design will appear on the product. You can resize and adjust your design before finalizing your order. For better accuracy, we recommend checking the dimensions of the print area for each product and ensuring your design fits properly.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our estimated timelines are as follows:
* Production Time: 3-5 business days for printing and processing.
* Shipping Time: Local (Hungary): 3-5 business days
International: 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Note: Production times may vary depending on order volume or custom requirements. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
7. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
8. What shipping carriers do you use?
We work with several trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery:
* Domestic (Hungary): Hungarian Postal Service, DPD, GLS
* International: DHL, UPS, FedEx
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination.
9. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once your order has been processed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations. However, if you contact us immediately after placing the order, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
10. Do you offer bulk ordering for businesses or events?
Yes, we offer bulk orders for businesses, teams, events, and special occasions. Whether you need custom apparel for a corporate event, sports team, or charity, we can accommodate large quantities. 11. Can I order products as gifts or have them gift-wrapped?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, we ensure that your items are carefully packed and shipped securely. If you’d like to add a personal message to your order, please let us know, and we can include it in your packaging.
12. What if my product is damaged, incorrect, or defective?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will need the following to process a return or replacement:
* A photo of the damaged/incorrect item
* Your order number
We will either offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
13. What is your return and refund policy?

All sensitive data is processed through trusted third-party payment providers, ensuring the highest levels of security.
We do not store your credit card details.
16. Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we ship internationally! We provide worldwide shipping, and the cost will be calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. International orders may incur customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
17. Can I use my design commercially (for resale)?
Yes, you can use your design commercially for resale, as long as you own the rights to the design. However, PRINTUNING KFT. is not liable for any trademark, copyright, or intellectual property infringements that may arise from the use of third-party materials in your design.
18. Can I print copyrighted logos or images?
You are responsible for ensuring that any logos, images, or artwork you upload to our platform are either owned by you or you have permission to use them. PRINTUNING KFT. is not responsible for any legal disputes arising from the use of copyrighted materials.
19. What should I do if I can’t find a product I want to customize?
If you cannot find the product you are looking for, please contact us.
We may be able to source it for you or recommend a similar product from our catalog.
