At PRINTUNING, we are committed to producing premium-quality custom and designer products with precision and care. This Refund & Return Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns, replacements, and refund requests.

By placing an order with PRINTUNING, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.


📦 1. Delivery Inspection & Damage Claims
All customers are required to inspect their parcel in the presence of the delivery driver at the time of receipt.
If the package appears visibly damaged:
*  A damage report must be completed with the courier immediately
*  Take clear photos of the damage before opening
*  Notify us at info@printuning.com within 24 hours

Claims reported after delivery, without a signed courier report or photographic evidence, may be declined in accordance with GLS and other courier policies.


🛍️ 2. Product Types & Return Eligibility
We distinguish between two product categories, each with different return terms

1. Custom-Made Products
These are uniquely produced based on your personal design or request.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, these items are not eligible for return, except where the product is incorrect or defective.
*  If the error is our fault (e.g., wrong item, size, or print), we will replace or fully refund the product.

2. Designer Products
Products created under our curated designer collections are eligible for return within 14 calendar days of receipt, subject to the following:
*  The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
*  Returned in its original packaging
*  Passed internal quality inspection

If approved, a replacement or full refund will be issued.

🚚 3. International Returns (Outside Hungary)
Customers outside Hungary may experience longer return timelines or additional shipping costs. Before sending any return:
*  Contact us via info@printuning.com
*  Await return instructions before proceeding

Uncoordinated or unsolicited international returns may be refused or delayed.


🔒 4. Condition of Returned Items
All returned products are subject to inspection.
We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement if the item shows:
*  Signs of wear or use
*  Tampering or unauthorized alterations
*  Damage not caused by manufacturing

Refunds will only be processed once the product passes our internal quality control.


🔁 5. Replacements Instead of Refunds
In most cases, we prefer to offer a free replacement if the issue is product-related and not caused by misuse.
You may always request a refund instead, if applicable under EU/UK law.


📝 6. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or report an issue:

*  Your order number
*  Description of the issue
*  Clear photos (if applicable)

⏱️ We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.


⚖️ 7. Legal References
This policy complies with the following legislation:
*  EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights
*  UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
*  Hungarian Consumer Protection Act (Act CLV of 1997)

Under these laws:
*  Custom-made goods are exempt from the right of return
*  Standard goods may be returned within 14 days if unused
