1]  Definition:

*  "Customer" – Any individual or entity that purchases or engages with the services offered by PRINTUNING KFT., including but not limited to placing orders, browsing the website, or requesting printing services.

*  "Products" – The clothing, accessories, or other items offered by PRINTUNING KFT. that are available for printing. These may include apparel such as t-shirts, hoodies, hats, bags, mugs, PVC products, and other customizable goods.`

*  "Website" – Refers to the official online platform operated by PRINTUNING KFT. for the purpose of showcasing products, services, and enabling the purchase or customization of products. The Website includes any subdomains, mobile apps, or other digital tools directly operated by PRINTUNING KFT.

*  "Services" – The printing services and customization options offered by PRINTUNING KFT., including design creation, product printing, personalization, packaging, and delivery of the Products. Services also include any related customer support provided by PRINTUNING KFT.

*  "Order" – An official request by the Customer for the purchase of Products or Services through the Website, which includes specifying the design, quantity, and other customizations.

*  "Agreement" – The binding contract formed between PRINTUNING KFT. and the Customer when an order is placed or when the Customer uses any of the Services or Products offered.

*  "Content" – Any designs, logos, artwork, images, text, or other materials provided by the Customer to PRINTUNING KFT. for printing on Products.

*  "Intellectual Property" – Refers to all trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights owned by PRINTUNING KFT. or any third-party partners. This includes the designs and visual elements created or provided by PRINTUNING KFT. for Customer use.

*  "Third-Party Services" – Any services or products provided by external companies, platforms, or suppliers which are used in the fulfillment of an Order, such as payment processors, shipping providers, or raw material suppliers.


2]  Eligibility
This section outlines the age requirements, emphasizes the need for compliance with local laws, and highlights the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information when making a purchase from our business.

2.1  Minimum Age Requirement
By using our Website and purchasing Products or Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our Website and services, and any Order placed must be completed by the parent or legal guardian on your behalf. PRINTUNING KFT. reserves the right to request proof of age and to refuse service to any Customer who does not meet the age requirement.

2.2  Compliance with Local Laws
The Customer agrees to comply with all local, state, and international laws, regulations, and ordinances that apply to the use of the Website, the purchase of Products, and the utilization of Services. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that any product purchased or service used complies with the laws of their country or jurisdiction.

2.3  Accuracy of Information
By placing an Order, the Customer warrants that all information provided, including but not limited to personal details (such as name, address, payment information, and design details), is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all such information is correct and agrees to promptly notify PRINTUNING KFT. of any changes. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation of the Order.

2.4  Right to Refuse Service
PRINTUNING KFT. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service or cancel any Order if the Customer fails to meet the eligibility requirements or if any information provided is deemed inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of applicable laws or our policies.


3]  Orders & Payments
This section outlines the important details regarding orders, accepted payment methods, pricing policies, and how payment disputes will be handled.

3.1  Order Acceptance Policy - All Orders placed through our Website are subject to acceptance by PRINTUNING KFT.. Once an Order is placed, we will send a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your Order. This does not constitute acceptance of the Order. PRINTUNING KFT. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an Order at any time, including after payment has been processed, for reasons such as product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or failure to comply with our Terms & Conditions. If your Order is cancelled, you will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded in full.

3.2  Right to Refuse Orders - PRINTUNING KFT. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, we will promptly notify you and process any refunds as applicable.

3.3  Payment Methods Accepted - We accept a variety of secure payment methods to make your purchase experience easy and convenient. These include:
* All major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
* PayPal
* Bank transfers (for orders made outside the online ordering system)
* Third-party installment payment providers (e.g., Klarna, Afterpay, etc.)
Please note that some payment methods may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the third-party payment processors.

3.4  Pricing Policy - All prices listed on the Website are in local currency: Hungarian Forints (FT. / HUF), and are subject to change without notice. The price of the Products and services does include taxes, shipping fees are calculated at the checkout, unless explicitly stated. Applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, or other relevant charges, will be displayed to your total during the checkout process and are based on your location and the items purchased.
While we strive to maintain accurate pricing on the Website, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, PRINTUNING KFT. reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the price of the Order accordingly. If the pricing error is significant, we will notify you before proceeding with your Order, and you will have the option to accept or cancel the Order. If you have already made a payment, any overcharge will be refunded.

3.5  Payment Disputes - If you have any disputes regarding payments, including but not limited to unauthorized charges or billing errors, you must notify PRINTUNING KFT. within 30 days of the transaction. We will work to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner. If necessary, we will assist you in disputing charges with your payment provider. However, failure to notify us within this time frame may result in the forfeiture of any claim to dispute the payment.


4]  Customization & Printing Policy
This section outlines the customer's responsibilities in the design process, including submitting, revising, and approving custom designs before printing.

4.1  Submitting Custom Designs  - To submit a custom design for your Order, you must upload the design file(s) through the Website or provide the design to PRINTUNING KFT. in accordance with our submission guidelines. The following file formats are acceptable for custom designs:
PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG (other formats may be considered upon request).

We recommend that your design be high-resolution (300 DPI) and sized according to the specifications provided on our Website to ensure the best print quality. PRINTUNING KFT. is not responsible for any poor print results due to low-resolution or incorrectly sized design files provided by the Customer.

4.2  Responsibility for Accuracy of Customization - The Customer is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all aspects of their customization request before submitting it to PRINTUNING KFT. This includes ensuring that the design, text, colors, and placement of the customization are correct. Once the design is submitted and an Order is placed, PRINTUNING KFT. will proceed with the production process. Any mistakes or errors in the design as submitted will be the responsibility of the Customer.

4.3  Prohibition of Offensive, Illegal, or Copyrighted Content - By submitting a custom design, the Customer confirms that the design does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights. The submission of offensive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. PRINTUNING KFT. reserves the right to reject any design that violates these terms or that we deem offensive, harmful, or in violation of applicable laws.

4.4  Revisions and Approval Process - After your custom design is submitted, PRINTUNING KFT. will provide a digital proof of the design for your approval. The Customer will have the opportunity to review the proof and request any revisions before the final approval. Once the Customer approves the proof, the design will be printed. No changes can be made once the printing process has begun. If the Customer does not respond to the proof within [specified time frame, e.g., 72 hours], PRINTUNING KFT. reserves the right to proceed with the print based on the submitted design.


5]  Production & Turnaround Time
This section outlines the expected production times, factors that may cause delays, and available options for expedited processing.

5.1  Estimated Production Time - The estimated production time for orders is typically 2 (two) business days from the date of design approval. This timeframe includes the printing and preparation of your products for shipment. Please note that production times may vary based on the complexity of the design, the quantity of the order, and the type of products being printed. Any additional time needed for special requests or customizations will be communicated to the Customer.

5.2  Factors That May Delay Processing - Several factors may affect the processing and delivery times of your order, including but not limited to:
* Public holidays or seasonal peaks, such as major holidays or sales events.
* Material shortages or supply chain disruptions that may cause delays in obtaining the necessary products or printing materials.
* Unforeseen production issues or technical difficulties.

While we strive to minimize delays, these factors are outside of our control, and we will notify you promptly if any issues arise that may affect the production or shipping timeline.

5.3  Expedited Processing - If you require faster processing, expedited production options may be available for an additional fee. Expedited orders are processed ahead of standard orders and shipped more quickly. The availability and pricing of expedited options will be provided during the checkout process. Please contact us in advance to confirm the availability of expedited services for your specific order.


6]  Shipping & Delivery
This section outlines shipping options, international shipping policies, and the company’s responsibility in relation to shipping delays and the risk of loss.

6.1  Shipping Options and Costs - We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the destination. The available shipping methods will be provided during the checkout process, and the cost will be clearly indicated before you confirm your order.
Estimated delivery times for domestic orders typically range from 1 (One) to 3 (Three)  business days after dispatch, depending on the selected shipping method. For international orders, delivery times may vary and typically range from 4 (Four) days to 14 (Fourteen] weeks, depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method.

6.2  International Shipping -
PRINTUNING KFT. ships internationally to a wide range of countries. Please note that international shipping times and costs may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier. In addition, international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be applied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the price of your order and must be paid separately to the relevant authorities upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding these charges before placing an order.

6.3  Shipping Delays
- While we strive to ship all orders promptly and on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other third-party services. Any delays or issues that occur during transit are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.

6.4  Risk of Loss -
In the event of loss or damage to the Product, both
PRINTUNING KFT. and the shipping carrier share responsibility. However, if the order is delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided by the Customer, PRINTUNING KFT. is not liable. We strongly recommend ensuring that your delivery address is accurate and secure, and providing any necessary instructions to prevent shipping issues. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us at PRINTUNING KFT. as soon as possible, but no later than 14 (fourteen) days, so we can assist you.


7]  Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
This section outlines the return policy, refund eligibility, and the required steps customers must follow to request a return or refund.

7.1  Return Eligibility - We accept returns for unused, non-customized products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7.2  Defective or Incorrect Products - If you receive a defective or incorrect product due to an error on our part, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery by providing a clear description of the issue along with supporting photos alongside with your order number. We may require you to return the defective or incorrect product before processing a replacement or refund.

7.3  No Refunds or Exchanges for Customized Items - Due to the nature of personalized and custom-printed items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customized products unless they are defective or incorrect due to an error on our part. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their custom design, including spelling, colors, and layout, before submitting their order.

7.4  Return & Refund Request Process - To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:
Step 1:  Contact our customer support team at
info@printuning.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Step 2:  Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Step 3:  If applicable, include clear photos of the defective or incorrect product.
Step 4:  Wait for approval before sending back any items.
              Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2 [Two] business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


8]  Intellectual Property Rights
This section outlines intellectual property rights concerning company-created and customer-submitted designs, ensuring proper ownership, usage, and legal protection for both parties.

8.1  Ownership of Business-Created Designs - All designs, graphics, logos, and other creative content created by
PRINTUNING KFT. are the exclusive property of the company and are protected under intellectual property laws. Customers do not acquire any ownership rights to these designs unless explicitly stated in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of our designs without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

8.2  Customer’s Responsibility for Uploaded Designs - When submitting a custom design for printing, the Customer acknowledges and confirms that they have the legal rights, permissions, or licenses to use the design.
PRINTUNING KFT. is not responsible for verifying ownership or potential copyright infringements. By uploading a design, the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold PRINTUNING KFT. harmless from any legal claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from unauthorized use of copyrighted, trademarked, or protected content.

8.3  Prohibition on Reproducing Company Branding - The use of
PRINTUNING KFT.’s branding, logos, trademarks, product images, or any other intellectual property for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.


9]  Limitation of Liability
This section defines the limitations of liability, stating that the company is not responsible for indirect damages and that any claims are restricted to the value of the purchase.

9.1  No Responsibility for Indirect or Consequential Damages -
PRINTUNING KFT. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruptions, reputational harm, or any other financial losses resulting from delays, defects, or errors in our products.

9.2  Liability Limited to Purchase Value - In all circumstances,
PRINTUNING KFT.’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific order in question. By purchasing from us, the Customer agrees that any claims or compensation related to an order will be limited to the amount paid for that purchase, regardless of the nature of the claim.

9.3  Force Majeure -
PRINTUNING KFT. is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor strikes, acts of war, government actions, or other unforeseen events.


10]  Privacy & Data Protection
This section outlines how customer data is collected, stored, and shared, ensuring transparency and protection of privacy rights.

10.1  Collection, Storage, and Use of Customer Data -
PRINTUNING KFT. collects and processes customer data to fulfill orders, improve our services, and provide a personalized shopping experience. The types of data collected may include name, contact information, billing and shipping addresses, payment details, and order history. This information is securely stored on our Shopify-powered platform and is only retained for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, comply with legal obligations, or improve customer service.

11]  Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This section outlines the legal jurisdiction and preferred methods for resolving any disputes that may arise.

11.1  Governing Law - This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, where
PRINTUNING KFT. is registered and based, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By entering into this agreement, both the Customer and PRINTUNING KFT. agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary, which shall have sole authority to resolve any legal disputes arising from this agreement.

11.2  Dispute Resolution - In the event of a dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable time, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation or arbitration under the rules of:
*  Consumer Protection (National Authority for Consumer Protection) - Complaints can be submitted online or in person through the National Authority for Consumer Protection (NFH). The NFH assists in enforcing consumer rights and can mediate between the business and the consumer.
*  Conciliation Board - Clients can turn to their local Conciliation Board, which provides free mediation services to resolve disputes between consumers and businesses. The board's process is simple and fast.
*  Court - If the complaint cannot be resolved through the above methods, clients can initiate a civil lawsuit in court. This is typically a last resort, usually considered only if the dispute involves a high value or no other solution is possible.
*  Online Consumer Protection (ECC-Net) - If the issue is international or the client is from abroad, the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) can also provide assistance.
If the dispute is not resolved through mediation or arbitration, either party may resort to litigation in the courts of Hungary, and both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.


12]  Amendments & Updates

12.1  Right to Amend Terms & Conditions -
PRINTUNING KFT. reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. 12.2  Communication of Updates - When significant changes are made to the Terms & Conditions,
