By using the PRINTUNING webshop, purchasing from us, or communicating with our business (online or offline), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between you (the Customer) and PRINTUNING, a registered Hungarian business, and ensure both parties are protected under relevant laws.

PRINTUNING is operated under Hungarian law and compliant with EU consumer regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU) and UK consumer law where applicable.
2. 👤 ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS
* Customers must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent for orders placed by minors.
* By using our services, you confirm all provided information is true, accurate, and complete.
* PRINTUNING reserves the right to refuse service if any information is misleading, false, or violates our terms or laws.
3. 📦 ORDERING & PAYMENT POLICY
3.1 Where Orders Are Accepted:
* Online: Via our webshop (main platform), with redirects from social media platforms.
* In Person: Orders may be placed via email or at physical locations (events, pop-ups, partner stores).
3.2 Digital Downloads:
* Currently, PRINTUNING only offers physical printed products. Instant digital file downloads are not yet available.
3.3 Accepted Payment Methods:
* Online: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Cash on Delivery (COD)
* In-Person: Cash, Card, and Bank Transfer (by prior agreement)
All transactions are securely processed via Shopify and comply with PCI DSS standards.
4. 🧑🎨 CUSTOMIZATION, FILES & CUSTOMER SUBMISSIONS
PRINTUNING offers custom-printed products. The following conditions apply:
4.1 Upload Guidelines:
* Accepted file types: PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI (300 DPI, transparent background recommended)
* Print-ready dimensions depend on the product (see product pages)
4.2 Responsibility:
* Customers are solely responsible for the content and legality of uploaded designs.
* Offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content is strictly prohibited.
* We provide a technical format check only, not copyright or trademark review.
4.3 Modifications:
* We may adjust submitted files for technical reasons. Complex redesigns may require a paid design service.
* In some cases, we contact you to confirm visual edits or suggest alternatives.
5. 🛠️ PRODUCTION & FULFILMENT
* Standard production time is 2 business days after design confirmation.
* During peak periods or high volume, lead time may extend. Customers will be notified of delays.
* Expedited services are available on request.
6. 🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
6.1 Delivery Partners:
We ship with trusted EU logistics providers, including GLS, DPD, Royal Mail, and national postal services.
6.2 Delivery Times:
* Hungary: 1–3 working days
* EU & UK: 4–14 working days (subject to customs or courier delays)
6.3 Cross-border Returns:
International customers may be responsible for customs or return shipping fees. Contact our support team for guidance before returning any products.
7. 📦 RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
7.1 Product Categories:
A. Custom-made products:
* Not eligible for return under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(c)
* Refund/replacement provided only if product is incorrect, damaged, or defective
B Designer products (non-custom):
* Return accepted within 14 days of receipt
* Full refund or replacement issued after internal inspection
7.2 Packaging Inspection:
Customers must inspect parcels upon delivery, in the courier’s presence.
Visible damage must be reported and documented with the delivery driver immediately.
7.3 Return Procedure:
* Contact info@printuning.com within 14 days
* Include: order number, photos (if damaged/incorrect), and return reason
* All returns are subject to inspection for tampering or signs of use
8. 💡 B2B, WHOLESALE & RESELLER TERMS
* We offer custom bulk orders and exclusive manufacturing rights under contract.
* All B2B work is protected by NDA, and future design use requires a separate reuse agreement.
* PRINTUNING products and licensed designs may not be resold without express written consent.
9. 🧠 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND USE
* All PRINTUNING, UDESERVEIT®, and Kolozsvári Edit Art® designs are protected by copyright.
* Contractors assign all created assets to PRINTUNING as sole IP owner.
* Unauthorized use of our brand name, logo, or designs is strictly prohibited.
10. 🔐 PRIVACY & COOKIE POLICY
We collect and process data in line with:
* EU GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679)
* UK GDPR and DPA 2018
* Hungarian Info Act CXII of 2011

11. ⚖️ GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
* These Terms are governed by Hungarian law
* We honor dispute channels under:
* Hungarian NFH (Consumer Protection Authority)
* Local Conciliation Boards (Békéltető Testület)
* Hungarian Civil Courts
* ECC-Net (for cross-border disputes)
We offer a 7-day informal resolution period for complaints before formal escalation.
12. 🔄 CHANGES TO TERMS
* These Terms are reviewed every 6–12 months, or when legal, process, or technology changes require.
* Updates will be published online. Continued use implies acceptance of the changes.
