✂️ HOW DOES HTV WORK?
Here’s a quick look at how we apply HTV to your chosen product:
1. Design Creation - Your custom artwork is prepared in vector format for precision cutting.
2. Cutting the Vinyl - The HTV sheet is fed into a cutting machine that slices out your design.
3. Weeding the Design - Excess vinyl is removed, leaving only the artwork.
4. Heat Press Application - Using a high-pressure heat press, the vinyl is transferred onto the product at high temperature (typically around 150–160°C).
5. Cooling and Finishing - After the transfer, we peel off the backing sheet and allow the product to cool – and it’s ready to go!
